Armed with the eventing knowledge and the organisational skills that makes Mela a success, the team works closely on each project, where each team member contributes to the overall success of each event, ensuring perfect delivery and smooth operational management.

Certain projects may require additional staff to join and fit seamlessly into the team structure. Over the years, Mela has established long-standing relationships with a number of ‘permalancers’ (permanent freelancers) who we bring on board to assist us when needed. The Mela team is made up of 9 employees and 6 permalancers who bring the #MelaMagic to every experience.
