A microsite was built to manage all logistics and for guests to pre-select excursions and preferences, which allowed for personalised gifts and small touches created throughout the incentive. All flights, transfers, dietaries and rooming elements were seamlessly managed with a choice of excursions including sea-floor walks, catamaran cruises and a seafood beach braai.

Touch points were visible at each step of the event, from the initial invitation and gifting pre-departure, to the onsite room drops and small touches such as providing sunscreen and beach towels.
