In 2019, we received a brief to investigate regional areas for a weekend away for the Corporate and Investment Banking division of Rand Merchant Bank. The brief was to provide suitable options for activities and logistics for 600 employees.

We were responsible for the delivery of the following elements:

• Overarching concept and proposal
• Design elements
• Bespoke RSVP system
• Flights and accommodation
• Excursions
• Group meals
• Gala dinner

The challenge was finding availability in Swakopmund, Namibia.
